Tasks

Handling chargebacks, refunds, internal tickets for B2C eCommerce shops
Coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders on B2C eCommerce related topics
Monitoring fraud trends and applying appropriate countermeasures across different B2C eCommerce stores
Supporting and adopting new developments in the area of eCommerce
Initiating automation and optimisation for Payment & Fraud related processes
Reconciling sales & payment data
Preparing and executing bookings during month-end closing
Creating reports, analysis and statistics
Providing support on various B2C eCommerce topics
Support in Payment & Fraud and eCommerce related projects

Requirements

Solid commercial or financial background
Several years of experience in eCommerce and/or Finance
Good knowledge of accounting principles
Strong MS Office skills (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
Very good spoken and written English
Hands-on mentality and pro-active working style
Strong analytical skills and ability to understand broader business context
Solid reporting skills
