Tasks

  • Handling chargebacks, refunds, internal tickets for B2C eCommerce shops
  • Coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders on B2C eCommerce related topics
  • Monitoring fraud trends and applying appropriate countermeasures across different B2C eCommerce stores
  • Supporting and adopting new developments in the area of eCommerce
  • Initiating automation and optimisation for Payment & Fraud related processes
  • Reconciling sales & payment data
  • Preparing and executing bookings during month-end closing
  • Creating reports, analysis and statistics
  • Providing support on various B2C eCommerce topics
  • Support in Payment & Fraud and eCommerce related projects

Requirements

  • Solid commercial or financial background
  • Several years of experience in eCommerce and/or Finance
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles
  • Strong MS Office skills (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Very good spoken and written English
  • Hands-on mentality and pro-active working style
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand broader business context
  • Solid reporting skills
