About EUROJET Turbo GmbH
EUROJET Turbo GmbH is the international management consortium for the EJ200 turbofan engine developed for the Eurofighter Typhoon, Europe's largest military aircraft program. Our headquarters are located in Hallbergmoos, only a few minutes away from Munich Airport.
We are looking for a People & Culture Specialist (m/f/d) for the HR & Administration department (30-40 hours per week) at the earliest possible date. The position is initially limited to 2 years, with the goal of a long-term, permanent collaboration.
Your Core Responsibilities:
In this key position, you are at the wheel of our corporate culture. Your goal is to create an environment where employees can thrive (Learning), changes are positively supported (Change), and organisational structures enable healthy growth.
Learning & Development (L&D)
- You plan, organise, and optimise internal as well as external further education measures and successfully implement your own creative ideas.
- You manage and coordinate external training providers while keeping an eye on budget management.
- You actively promote a culture of lifelong learning throughout the entire company.
- You systematically analyse qualification needs and develop modern learning formats as well as tailored development paths.
Culture, Change & Organizational Development
- As a "Culture Ambassador," you actively define, maintain, and further develop our corporate values, making our identity tangible in everyday work life.
- You support strategic, structural, and digital change processes. You bring the workforce along through effective communication, reduce resistance, and support managers and employees in implementing new ways of working.
- You analyse existing structures and processes to make the organisation equally efficient, future-proof, and employee-orientated.
- You are responsible for the Corporate Health Management (with the exception of Company Integration Management).
HR-Projects & Strategic Initiatives
- You contribute to the conception and implementation of modern HR initiatives and performance management systems.
- You are responsible for forward-looking HR projects (e.g., in the areas of digitalisation, process optimisation, and talent development).
- You identify the needs of the teams and develop effective measures to sustainably strengthen engagement and satisfaction.
Interface Work
- You work closely and trustfully with managers, departments, and HR Business Partners.
What You Bring:
- Professional Experience: You have several years of relevant experience in the areas of People & Culture and Learning & Development.
- Empathy & Strong Communication Skills: You can inspire people and are a confident moderator in difficult situations.
- Strategic Foresight: You understand how culture and learning success contribute directly to corporate goals.
- Experience in Change: You have already methodically supported and actively shaped change processes.
- Creativity: You find innovative ways to drive employee engagement that go beyond the classic fruit basket.
- For contractual reasons, the position is limited to NATO nationals and NATO-equivalent nationals.
