Trainee for Talent Academy Program (m/f/d)

What awaits YOU

Starting from 01.09.2026

24-month international trainee program
Rotation through multiple departments (e.g. Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, HR)
Contribution to strategic projects with high visibility
International assignment (up to 6 months)
Close collaboration with leaders and international teams

Your Tasks

Taking ownership of projects and sub-projects
Process analysis and deriving improvements, data analysis and development of recommendations
Supporting strategic initiatives
Creating presentations for management
Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams

Your Strengths

Your Profile

Completed degree (e.g. Engineering, Business Administration, SCM, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering) or comparable program
Initial practical experience (internships, working student positions, etc.)
Very good German and English language skills; Spanish is a plus
Analytical, structured and self-responsible work approach
Flexibility and willingness to travel within Europe during the program
Taking ownership of projects and sub-projects
Experience in the plastics processing industry is an advantage
