As a Master Data Analyst (f/m/d), you will take an active role in creating, maintaining, and validating product master data, ensuring its quality, accuracy, and integrity across the business. You will analyse data, processes, and ownership to identify improvement opportunities, assess business impact, and implement effective solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams across EMEA—including Supply Chain, Marketing, Product Management, IT, and Finance—you will contribute to continuous improvement and support business performance through reliable, high-quality data. You will take ownership of data quality throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring a strong right-first-time approach and maintaining the integrity of master data processes.

To strengthen our team in Winnenden (Stuttgart Area)as soon as possible, we are looking for a

Master Data Analyst (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage product master data across SAP and the Product Information Management (PIM) system throughout the full product lifecycle.
  • Manage end-to-end product creation processes, coordinating with stakeholders (f/m/d) to ensure timely, accurate, and complete master data through validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
  • Execute and support both individual and mass data maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with data structures, dependencies, and system requirements.
  • Build and maintain reports using advanced MS Excel functions, Power Query, and Qlik.
  • Transforming and analysing data to support business decisions and operational transparency.
  • Identify data gaps, drive process improvements, and implement efficient solutions to enhance data quality, operational efficiency, and workflows.
  • Support the standardisation, governance, and documentation of data management processes.
  • Act as a key user (f/m/d) and point of contact for SAP and the Product Information Management (PIM) system.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in product master data management within an ERP environment.
  • Relevant experience working with SAP (MM/SD).
  • Professional experience working with Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
  • Proven experience using Power Query for data transformation and preparation.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence platforms; Qlik Sense is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Willingness to travel according to business needs.
